The tour will include viewing the hall facility, an explanation of fees and rule requirements, and a discussion of any other details that will assist in making your event a special time for everyone!  

• We offer handicap parking spaces, handicap-accessible restrooms, and no steps that lead into our hall areas.
• The Pennsylvania Room, our larger hall, can accommodate up to 220 people.
• The Swatara Room, the smaller hall, can accommodate up to 70 people.
• We provide round or rectangle tables and padded chairs for each room.
• Both our halls have access to a small kitchenette with an ice machine, large refrigerator, sink, and prep area for your convenience. This offers our guests to bring in their own food or caterer for their event.
• Tenants may rent the hall for a 6-hour event time limit with a midnight curfew.
• A security deposit is required to hold the date we accept cash, money order, or check (no credit cards please).  Security deposits are refunded at the end of the rental month only if the hall facility is left in its original condition with no damages incurred or issues during the event.
